On our blog, you will find all of the latest recommendations, information, and tips regarding skincare and the aesthetic industry.
As we age, our skin care needs evolve, and establishing the right routine for each decade is key to maintaining healthy, youthful skin. Here are my skincare recommendation and recommended treatments.
In your 20s skincare is all about establishing a good regime. Regularly using medical-grade skincare, like Alastin products, a daily sunscreen, and adding in retinol can keep your skin radiant.
For recommended treatments, I recommend Microneedling and chemical peels. Each of these treatments are great yearly options to treat premature damage and prevent signs of aging.

In addition to continuing a healthy skin regime, in your 30s I recommend adding targeted skincare serums to your skincare regime. The 30s are a great time to begin adding botox and collagen stimulators into your regular treatments to prevent early signs of aging and consider laser treatments for treating texture and pigmentation.

In addition to the skincare and treatments from your 20s and 30s, in your 40s you should be using pro-aging skincare targeting fine lines, collagen production, and damage control. Your 40s is also when you should begin to use filler to replenish bone and tisue loss and add volume to deflated areas.

Consistency is key!
Keep up with your great pro-aging skincare routine, targeted treatments, and wrinkle treatments. Depending on your goals, you may even consider surgery at this point.
